Artis Inc. is the general partner of Artis. Mr. Peterson is the president of Artis Inc. and the controlling owner of Artis and Artis Inc. Each of Artis, Artis Inc. and Mr. Peterson disclaims beneficial ownership of the Stock, except to the extent of that person's pecuniary interest therein. In addition, the filing of this Schedule 13G on behalf of 2X should not be construed as an admission that it is, and 2X disclaims that it is, the beneficial owner, as defined in Rule 13d-3 under the Act, of any of the Stock covered by this Schedule 13G.
